Here comes the first Bronze medal for India in Rio Olympics 2016 on Day 12. Sakshi Malik won the bronze medal in free wrestling 58 kg category and ended the burning wait of the Medal. The 23-year old fourth woman athlete from Rohatak who won an Olympic medal for India.
Sakshi is the only female wrestler to win an Olympic medal on Wednesday. Sakshi had a do-or-die match against Aisuluu Tynybekova of Kyrgyzstan. Her sensational victory by 8-5 over Tynybekova created a history in the Olympic games.
