Mark Woodard-smith & Stephen Rayment announce that Systech worked on a business turnaround project where A £70M turnover contractor had grown rapidly but without appropriate financial controls and commercial management capability. Liquidity was poor and gearing was 80%.
Systech worked with the company, its bank and auditors to develop and implement a strategic business plan. Company wide commercial systems were established, project specific strategies put in place and staff training programmers delivered.
The company is now operating successfully with profitability restored, liquidity increased and zero gearing.
